Flash light shaping modifier. Excellent light diffusion, ideal for portrait and fashion photography.
The interior of the modifier has a rough texture in silver color. The flash burner is covered with a metal dome / reflector, mounted on three brackets, which is designed to reflect and diffuse the light inside the canopy in parallel. The chiaroscuro effect achieved with the modifier is intermediate between a softbox with a similar diffuser surface and a silver reflective umbrella.
The light obtained is very impressive, characteristic and unique if we would try to compare it with other modifiers. It is one of the few modifiers which allows to achieve perfect effect with use of only one lamp / one light source.
Diffuser included in the set allows to soften the light, making shadows more "soft", less contrasting.
Beauty Dish is very often used with a honeycomb grid. Thanks to this addition, the light will be precisely directed and will not spread on the sides of the modifier. Grid available separately.
