Multifunctional
The GlareOne Stork tripod can be used as a base for all types of lights, including compact studio lights, flash heads, continuous light and LED panels, speedlites and more. With a double-sided mounting pin equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8" screws, many accessories such as reporter lamp bracket, clamps, brackets, etc. can be attached to it. In combination with the GlareOne Kenku 130 arm, it can be used as a blended mount or even as a crane for small and lightweight lamps. In combination with a crossbar (available separately) and a second tripod it can be used as a part of a mobile set for hanging backdrops made of paper or fabric.
Amortized
The use of air suspension makes the tripod more user-friendly for the user, but also for the lamps themselves, especially when large light modifiers are attached to them. Air suspension prevents sudden and uncontrolled lamp fall after unlocking the central column connector knob.
High quality materials
The central column and legs are made of anodized aluminum tubes, which ensures low weight of the tripod, but at the same time guarantees high rigidity and stability of its structure. The fasteners (clamps) of the center column section are also made of aluminum and ensure a good grip and safety even after long periods of use. The only non-metallic parts of the tripod are the locking knobs, which are made of high-quality plastic.
Smart design
The knobs are ergonomically shaped and large enough to provide a good grip and prevent fingers from getting pinched during height adjustment. The leg ends feature rubber tips to minimize slipping on smooth surfaces. The top of the stand has a straight head for perpendicular mounting of the mounting stud. The 22mm diameter legs can be equipped with additional casters to facilitate studio work especially with large light modifiers.
